Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions together with any specific rules set out in Promotion Notices (as defined below) are the Promotion Term (“Terms”), together to be defined as the “Promotion”, unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering a Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
  2. The Promotion(s) is organised and operated by Izwe Loans (IZWE LOANS KENYA LTD).
  3. Terms specific to each Promotion are displayed in a notice included on the social media page posting for such Promotion (the “Promotion Notice”) and are incorporated herein. In the event of discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the Promotion Notice, the Promotion Notice shall prevail.
  4. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Promotion, the Promotion Notice or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within a Promotion Notice or these Terms.
  5. In the event of any dispute regarding conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Promotion, the company’s decision will be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

Qualifying Entrants

  1. To qualify to enter the Promotion, you must be resident in the Republic of Kenya.
  2. Employees of Izwe Loans Kenya Ltd or any company involved in the Promotion or, if relevant, any advertising agency connected with us, or any such person’s subsidiary or associated companies, agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to enter the Promotion. The company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
  3. Additional eligibility requirements may apply to a specific Promotion, e.g. a valid passport/ID, Logbook and/or driver’s licence, 2 latest payslips and proof of banking. Provision of such documents will be required to ascertain application of the facility, government employment and car ownership.
  4. By entering the Promotion, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
  5. We assume that by using our site and entering the Promotion (and you warrant that) either you have legal capacity to enter the Promotion and agree to the Terms (i.e. that you are of sufficient age and mental capacity and are entitled to be legally bound in contract).
  6. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if we have reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has significantly breached any of these terms and conditions.
  7. We will seek criminal and contractual sanctions against any applicant involved in fraud, dishonesty or criminal acts. The company will withhold the reward to any aplicant where any of these are suspected.
  8. The applicant shall indemnify and shall be liable to pay to Izwe Loans Kenya Ltd on demand, all costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by Izwe Loans Kenya Ltd (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit and loss of reputation) arising directly or indirectly from the applicants’s fraud, dishonesty or criminal act.
  9. The applicant hereby explicitly and unambiguously consents to the collection, use and transfer in electronic or other form of the applicants’ personal data as defined in Kenya’s Data Protection Laws for the exclusive purpose of this promotion.
  10. Application Criteria: Dial 483*69# and take up a Logbook Loan or a Checkoff Loan to stand a chance to a dinner voucher or a shopping voucher.
